Day 1:

Arusha

Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), you will be warmly welcomed by your Safari Under the Sky driver-guide. During the transfer to your hotel in Arusha, you’ll get your first glimpse of Tanzanian life. If the weather is clear, you may be treated to stunning views of the majestic snow-capped peak of Mount Kilimanjaro in the distance. You will arrive at your hotel with ample time to complete a relaxed check-in and settle in after your journey. The evening is yours to unwind at your leisure, perhaps with a stroll around the hotel grounds, before enjoying dinner and resting for the adventure ahead.

Day 2: Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast, you depart for Lake Manyara National Park, a scenic gem set against the steep rift valley escarpment. This compact park is famous for its unique tree-climbing lions and the vast flocks of flamingos that paint its alkaline lake pink. Your game drive will take you through groundwater forests, acacia woodlands, and along the lakeshore, searching for elephants, giraffes, hippos, and troops of baboons and blue monkeys.   • Balance: Due 60 days before departure.
  • If booking is made within 60 days of departure, full payment is due immediately.

  • Reservations are not secured until the deposit is received.
