Day 1:

Tarangire

Upon landing at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), you will be greeted by your Safari Under the Sky guide and begin your journey directly to Tarangire National Park. This efficient start maximizes your time for adventure. After checking into the comfortable Tarangire Safari Lodge and enjoying lunch, you will embark on your first afternoon game drive. Tarangire is famed for its dense populations of elephants and its dramatic landscape dotted with centuries-old baobab trees. The Tarangire River acts as a magnet for wildlife, offering excellent viewing of buffalo, giraffe, and various antelope. You’ll return to the lodge as the sun sets over this beautiful park.

  • Balance: Due 60 days before departure.
  • If booking is made within 60 days of departure, full payment is due immediately.

  • Reservations are not secured until the deposit is received.
