Maweninga Camp

Maweninga is fantastically located in a game rich area in the north west of Tarangire National Park, about 9kms from Sangaiwe Gate, yet away from the main thoroughfare. The camp has a feeling of a proper bush camp with minimal impact to the environment, as each room has been constructed cleverly into the surrounding rock kopjes which form part of a number of the rooms. The view from each of the well-spaced rooms is special, but the best view is from the main terrace area complete with firepit. What a spot for sundowners!
