Justin Solomon Laizer

I am Mr. Justin Solomon Laizer, the Founder/CEO of Tembo Adventure & Safari Ltd. I am Tanzanian born from the famous Maasai tribe of Mto Wa Mbu village in The Great Rift Valley – Manyara area.

Guiding tourists to Tanzania and East Africa’s major National Parks has been my passion since I was a teenager. This led me to later take courses in Tour guiding where later I successfully managed to work in the Tourism industry from 1998 to date. I have gained lots of experiences in giving exceptional attention to travelers from all over the continent.

From this passion, I moved on and founded Tembo Adventure & Safari in the year 2015. Until present the company has served hundreds of satisfied customers from all over the globe. I am focused on achieving the company goals and targets with managing my team as a leader, not as a manager. My commitment and ability to control my resources and budget inspires my team and motivates them to participate effectively to do better in giving that first-hand personalized service to all guests who book a Safari with us.
