You’ll begin today with a scenic drive from the highlands towards the legendary Serengeti National Park. The journey itself is spectacular, winding through the farmlands of Karatu and up into the lush, forested highlands of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where you might spot buffalo or monkeys. As the landscape unfolds into the iconic golden savanna, you’ll enter the Serengeti—the heart of wild Africa. You will arrive at your camp in the central Seronera region for check-in, lunch, and a brief respite. In the afternoon, you’ll head out for your first game drive along the Seronera River, a vital water source that attracts a magnificent concentration of wildlife, offering excellent viewing opportunities as the sun begins to set.

Today is dedicated entirely to exploring the boundless wonders of the Serengeti. You may choose an unforgettable optional hot-air balloon safari at dawn, culminating with a champagne breakfast in the bush. After a morning meal, your guide will lead you on a full-day game drive, navigating diverse habitats in search of the Big Five, cheetahs, hyenas, and towering giraffes. You’ll return to camp for lunch and a short rest before venturing out again in the afternoon.
