Outpost Lodge

We opened our doors in 1994 and were one of the first bed and breakfasts in Arusha. The main house was previously the home of Bernhard Grzimek, the German conservationist central to the creation of the Serengeti National Park. We are located in a leafy residential area, 20 minutes walk from the centre of Arusha. We have a beautiful garden and offer clean, safe accommodation which is unpretentious and excellent value for money. Facilities include a swimming pool, garden cafe, restaurant, laundry service, free wifi, free baggage storage, satellite TV and more.
